Come share your ideas! The City of Indianapolis and Indy Parks will begin the process of developing a comprehensive Broad Ripple Park Master Plan with a public open house on March 7. The plan will guide future development and partnership opportunities in the park.
To gauge the community’s vision for the park, the planning process will include a steering committee, stakeholder interviews, and pop-up events in various Broad Ripple neighborhood venues. The team is also developing a project web site, preparing a community survey for broad distribution, and defining ways social media and other engagement tactics can be implemented. Soon, the Broad Ripple Park Family Center will feature a project studio for people to visit and learn more as the master plan develops.
